Subject : To improve the condition of canteen.

Dear Sir,

We beg most respectfully to state that we are the students of class ix of your School. You know, there is a canteen in our school. Most of the students come to school from a long distance. They have to take tiffin from this canteen. But it is a matter of sorrow that the condition of canteen is very dissatisfactory. The foods are served and prepared in an unhygienic way. It may harm for the students. So we badly need a hygiene canteen so that students can take hygiene food and keep healthy.

We therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant us to improve the environment of canteen and oblige thereby.
